Referral Program Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

The referral program (“Program”) offered by KNAB Finance Advisors Private Limited ("Abhiloans") is designed to reward our loyal customers (“Referrers”) for referring new customers (“Referred”) who subscribe to our loan products. By participating in this Program, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

2. Program Participation

To participate, you must agree to these terms and conditions. Referrers who do not agree cannot participate. By participating, you acknowledge your acceptance of these terms.

3. How the Program Works

• Sharing the Referral Link: Referrers share their unique referral link via platforms like Facebook, WhatsApp, or other communication channels.
• Referred Sign-Up: The Referred must sign up with Abhiloans and fulfill all eligibility criteria to subscribe to a loan product by paying applicable fees and charges.

4. Referral Reward

• Successful Referral: A referral is successful when the loan amount is disbursed to the Referred's account and remains active through the cooling off period.
• Reward Amount: Referrers receive Rs. 1000/- for each successful referral, credited to their account after 3 days from the cooling off period's expiry.
• Limitation: Each person can only be referred once. Referrers are responsible for applicable taxes.

5. Eligibility Requirements

To participate, both Referrers and Referred must be at least 18 years old. Abhiloans reserves the right to disqualify any participant at its discretion.

6. Release and Indemnification

• Release: By participating, Referrers and Referred release Abhiloans and its affiliates from liability related to the Program or use of rewards.
• Indemnification: Participants agree to indemnify Abhiloans against third-party claims arising from any breach of these terms or violation of laws.

7. Reservation of Rights

• Cancellation or Suspension: Abhiloans may cancel or suspend the Program at its discretion.
• Modifications: These terms may be modified at any time without notice. Abhiloans reserves the right to change or cancel aspects of the Program.
• Disqualification: Abhiloans may disqualify any Referrer from participation at any time.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties
